The HIRA Level II for Professionals e-learning is a self-assessment tool designed to build on the basic requirements of HIRA Level I. Additional requirements that will be addressed include, but are not limited to, AEDs, emergency action plans (EAPs) for a broader range of emergencies, and environmental stewardship. This assessment is intended for dive professionals who consider the safety of their assistants and customers to be a priority.
